{"id":19055,"date":"2021-03-14T17:39:17","date_gmt":"2021-03-14T16:39:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sanghaactiva.com\/para-que-meditar"},"modified":"2023-08-23T13:32:15","modified_gmt":"2023-08-23T13:32:15","slug":"para-que-meditar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sanghaactiva.com\/ca\/para-que-meditar","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfPara qu\u00e9 meditar?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Os invitamos a una reflexi\u00f3n:<br \/>\n<strong>\u00bfqu\u00e9 hay en la vida que no pase por los filtros de nuestra mente?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Creencias, emociones, recuerdos de experiencias pasadas, positivas, negativas, la tensi\u00f3n vital, expectativas, sentimientos, sensaciones\u2026desde la mente del meditador, todo son filtros que condicionan nuestra experiencia.<\/p>\n<p>Estos filtros tienen la cualidad de cambiar constantemente, es por ello que ante una misma situaci\u00f3n podemos reaccionar de manera muy distinta, dependiendo del estado mental que pondera en cada momento. Desde esta perspectiva todo lo que experimentamos depende de nuestra mente, de ah\u00ed el sentido del entrenamiento mental, la meditaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El programa de meditaci\u00f3n que aplicamos en Sangha Activa es un proceso paulatino de autoconocimiento. Llamado Grupos de Investigaci\u00f3n en la Meditaci\u00f3n (GIM). La mente se convierte en objeto de investigaci\u00f3n usando la meditaci\u00f3n como herramienta principal. Y compartir en grupo permite activar el clima ideal para realizar lo que trabajamos a nivel individual y observar que todxs vivimos retos bastante similares.<\/p>\n<p>De entre el material mental que sacamos a la luz de la conciencia est\u00e1n los automatismos, por ejemplo. Es contenido mental involuntario que pasa desapercibido sin la atenci\u00f3n mental necesaria. Pero que condiciona de manera determinante la direcci\u00f3n de nuestras vidas. No ser due\u00f1os de nuestro sistema operativo es una de las claves para estimular nuestro adiestramiento mental. Como estudiantes de meditaci\u00f3n tratamos de no ser un barco a la deriva llevados por emociones, pensamientos y sensaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Para ilustrar la importancia de establecer una relaci\u00f3n a voluntad con la mente, os dejamos este antiguo cuento sobre meditaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p><em>Era un aspirante espiritual con mucha motivaci\u00f3n en aprender a meditar. Tuvo noticias de un sobresaliente maestro y no dud\u00f3 en desplazarse durante horas hasta donde viv\u00eda para pedirle consejo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2013Respetado maestro, perdona que te moleste, pero mi gratitud ser\u00eda enorme si pudieras proporcionarme una ayuda para mi aprendizaje en la meditaci\u00f3n, puesto que tengo decidido retirarme al bosque durante unas semanas para meditar sin descanso.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2013Me complace tu decisi\u00f3n. Ve al bosque y estate contigo mismo. Puedes reflexionar en todo aquello que decidas, excepto en monos. Trae lo que quieras a tu mente, pero no pienses en monos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El disc\u00edpulo se sinti\u00f3 muy contento, diciendo: \u201c! Qu\u00e9 f\u00e1cil es el tema que me ha proporcionado el maestro!; s\u00ed, realmente sencillo\u201d. Se retir\u00f3 a un frondoso bosque y dispuso una caba\u00f1a para la meditaci\u00f3n. Transcurrieron las semanas y el aspirante puso t\u00e9rmino al retiro. Regres\u00f3 junto al mentor, y \u00e9ste, nada m\u00e1s verlo, pregunt\u00f3:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2013 \u00bfQu\u00e9 tal te ha ido?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Apesadumbrado, el aspirante repuso:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u2013Ha sido agotador. Trat\u00e9 incansablemente de pensar en algo que no fuesen monos, pero los monos iban y ven\u00edan por mi mente sin poderlo evitar. En realidad, lleg\u00f3 un momento en que s\u00f3lo pensaba en monos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>*El Maestro dice: La mente es amiga y enemiga; es una mala due\u00f1a, pero una necesaria aliada.
